Fairfield, CT
to TEB Airport.

Southport, on the harbor at the west end of town, is one of the oldest corners of Fairfield, with narrow streets near the water. Greenfield Hill, north of I-95, is a quiet, wooded part of Fairfield closer to the Merritt Parkway.

Leaving Fairfield, the car heads onto I-95 or the Merritt Parkway, both of which cross town. From there to TEB it's I-95 to the George Washington Bridge and a short run on I-95/I-80 in New Jersey, or I-287 over the Mario Cuomo Bridge. Expect about 66 mi and 1 hr 20 min – 1 hr 40 min on a normal day; the George Washington Bridge is where the time goes when traffic is heavy.

Teterboro isn't the nearest airport to Fairfield — that's HPN, about 50 min away — but it's often the one with the right flight. You get one fixed price for Fairfield to TEB before you book, tolls included.

Teterboro has no airline terminals. Every flight leaves from an FBO — a private terminal run by companies such as Signature, Jet Aviation, Meridian or Atlantic. Tell us which one and your chauffeur drives from Fairfield straight there.

Your chauffeur can drive right to the FBO entrance, so bags go straight from the car to the aircraft crew.

For a charter out of Teterboro, a pickup in Fairfield about 2 hr before departure gets you to the FBO with time to spare.

The crossing into New Jersey — the George Washington Bridge — is what we time the pickup around. Tell us the flight number and we'll suggest the pickup time when we confirm.

Traffic, not distance, decides how long Fairfield to TEB takes. These are typical times for the about 66 mi drive.
